2024 Air Show Volunteer Application

We are seeking responsible individuals, families, and groups to volunteer time before and during the 2024 Vero Beach Air Show. A variety of volunteer opportunities exist.

Please NOTE: The minimum age for an air show volunteer is fourteen (14) years old. Volunteers 14-18 years old must be supervised by another volunteer that is more than eighteen (18) years old. Volunteers who work during the show on Saturday and Sunday will enjoy complimentary refreshments.

Please NOTE: Volunteers are required to attend one training on either 4/20 or 4/27 8-10 am at the Majestic Theater.

Volunteers are a vital part of a successful Vero Beach Air Show as a volunteer you can be an important part of our 2024 Show!

  • Volunteers who work during the show on Friday, Saturday and Sunday while supplies last you will be given a keepsake 2024 Air Show Volunteer shirt (to be worn during Air Show volunteer assignments) and will be provided complimentary refreshments.

  • Please use this form if you are volunteering to work at the 2024 Vero Beach Air Show.
    To volunteer for Air Show Concessions Volunteer Positions, please use the Air Show Concessions Volunteer Application.
  • Please complete and sign the application, the General Waiver, the Media Release, and the Email Release.
  • All Volunteers must attend one of two mandatory volunteer meetings that will be offered before the Air Show. The meetings provide an important review of the volunteer procedures as well as information about distribution of parking passes and wristbands. The dates for these meetings will be announced soon -you will be notified via email.

General Waiver

I will hold harmless and indemnify Vero Beach Airshow, Inc., its affiliated companies and officers, directors, and employee of any loss, damage, liability, claims, cost, and expense, including legal fees, which may be incurred by reason of the volunteer program at the Vero Beach Air Show unless such claims are a result of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Vero Beach Air Show. I understand the foregoing general waiver and have signed voluntarily.

Media Release

I also understand, and do hereby consent and agree that the Vero Beach Airshow, Inc., its employees or agents have the right to videotape, or make digital recordings of me during the event and to use these in any and all media, now or hereafter for marketing purposes. I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or comment and I release to Vero Beach Air Show, Inc., its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form, and to market and sell copies. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness used.

I also understand, and do hereby consent and agree that the Vero Beach Airshow, Inc., its employees or agents have the right to email me with information pertaining to the Vero Beach Air Show.
